On June 20th, Qian'an City held a technical training meeting for the 2022 Green Planting and Breeding Circular Agriculture Pilot Project. At the venue of Qian'an Yaluan Bay National Agricultural Development and Innovation Industry Co., Ltd., Liu Jianling, a member of the provincial expert group and a professor at Hebei Agricultural University, Hou Qin, a researcher in agricultural technology promotion at Qian'an Agriculture and Rural Bureau, heads of relevant departments such as Agricultural Technology Promotion Center and Farming Conservation Center, directors of agricultural offices in 14 towns and streets including Xiaguanying Town, Jianchangying Town, Wuzhong'an Town, Yanjiadian Town, and Dacuizhuang Town, as well as 30 new business entities in the core area of green planting and breeding cycle, Qian'an Yaluan Bay National Agricultural Development and Innovation Industry Co., Ltd., and Hebei Yueyang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. participated in the training.
At the training session, Professor Liu Jianling from Hebei Agricultural University, a member of the provincial expert group, gave a lecture on the key technical points of livestock and poultry manure composting technology and organic fertilizer application; Beijing Haimu Data Company conducted training on the green planting and breeding cycle traceability system.
The meeting emphasized that relevant towns, streets, new business entities, and companies should strictly comply with national and provincial requirements and do a good job in project implementation; We must carefully study the key points of composting technology and apply it to project implementation. The composting of livestock and poultry manure must ensure harmless treatment, guarantee the quality of manure, and prevent secondary pollution. This is the core, prerequisite, and key to good project implementation; During the implementation of the project, it is necessary to fully utilize the traceability information system management platform of the green planting and breeding cycle project, establish a management ledger, and ensure that the whereabouts of manure can be traced and verified, leaving no blind spots in supervision.
